My background is in custom color and blonding — but over the years my clients have shaped me into so much more. I specialize in hair health, hair loss, curly cuts, and men’s cuts too. I’ve struggled with hair loss myself, so I get it on a personal level. Every product I carry is something I trust. Every appointment is tailored to you. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you — and my time is the most valuable thing I have to offer. A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. You will never be charged simply for having it on file — it is there only as a courtesy hold. Cancellations and reschedules are always welcome up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge whatsoever. Life happens and I completely understand that. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time or no-call no-shows will result in a 20% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. This fee exists not out of frustration but out of necessity — last minute openings are difficult to fill and your slot was held just for you. That said — genuine emergencies and scheduling errors are always handled with grace. If life threw something unexpected at you, or if there was ever a miscommunication or mistake on either end, please reach out to me directly. I will never penalize someone for circumstances beyond their control or for an honest mistake — mine or yours. Those situations will never result in a charge. Ever.
